Return & Refund Policy

At Chiifruu Snacks, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality products. Since our products are consumable food items, we follow a strict no-return policy under normal conditions.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (edible items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We only accept return/replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged during delivery

  • Product received is incorrect

  • Product is spoiled or defective

 In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement OR

  • Full/Partial refund

Return Process (If Approved)

If your request is approved:

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup OR ask you to ship the product back

  • Return instructions will be shared via email

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI/Bank Transfer

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Orders where no proof is provided

  • Sale/discounted items
