All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

Shipping Time:
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location across India.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email to track your shipment in real-time.

Delays:
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods. Chiifruu Snacks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues:

Damaged Package:
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos or videos for quick resolution.
